After being told at 8,16am you are in a queue number 28. It took a letter and photos to obtain an appointment. It’s stupid that by this time all appointments are full. It’s not always best having a phone call or told to either call 111 or use A&E which is for emergency. This us one problem people using A&E .

Being able to get appointments not that you’re in a queue at 8.15 to be told no appointments, not everyone is a time waster.

Dr LeMaistre approachable and friendly and happy to make a surgical referral when he couldn't give me an answer. Reception were friendly but like all Surgeries, it's difficult getting an appointment. They initially offered me an on the day appt, which I didn't need for a non acute issue, but eventually found one a couple of weeks ahead that suited. I'm not keen on how the routine appointments are released, but I'm not sure on the solution. Online booking would be helpful

The building is looking a but dated and could do with a spruce up. I know its an old building. Easy access to online booking for routine appointments would help.

Rang at 8am and recieved call back 25 mins later. Was offered appointment for that morning so very happy. Waited approx 5 mins to see Doctor. Good service.
